BEI is a full service exterior maintenance provider. Roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, decks, asphalt, concrete, restoration carpentry and repairs are all included in the umbrella of services that BEI can provide.
Our service capabilities are:
- Repairs/Maintenance - Upon request for service, repairs are performed on a time and materials basis related to repairing specific damage due to storms, leaks, ice and snow, etc. It is our policy to notify property management if the repairs required appear to exceed a minimal amount of man hours.
- Consulting/Evaluations/Specs - We can provide a detailed evaluation of an existing construction component (roofing, siding, etc.) which will help with budgeting, repair/replacement scheduling, development of project specifications and project coordination. Rates for these services depend on the scope of the evaluation and the size of the complex.
- Contracted Repairs/Replacements and Improvements - BEI welcomes the opportunity to bid on exterior improvement projects for individual units as well as complex wide, major project improvements.
