BEI is a full service exterior maintenance provider. Roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, decks, asphalt, concrete, restoration carpentry, repairs, drainage and insulation/ventilation are all included in the umbrella of services that BEI can provide.
Our service capabilities are:
1. Repairs/Maintenance - There’s no need to wait until you have a large project to call us. Upon a request for service, we will perform repairs on a time and material basis related to minor storm damage, leaks, ice and snow , etc. It is our policy to notify property management if the repairs required appear to exceed a minimal amount of expense.
2. Consulting/Evaluations/Specs - We can provide a detailed evaluation of an existing construction component (roofing, siding, etc.) which will help with budgeting, repair/replacement scheduling, development of project specifications and project coordination. Rates for these services depend on the scope of the evaluation and the size of the complex.
3. Contracted Repairs/Replacements and Improvements - BEI welcomes the opportunity to bid on exterior improvement projects, from individual units to complex wide, we perform major project improvements.
