The BEIXM Mission is to provide a level of construction quality and service to the residential, commercial and property management segments of the Twin Cities metro area that meets and exceeds your expectations. BEI's professional construction management team will partner with you to complete large scale, complex wide construction projects in a timely, orderly fashion. We can provide references that will lend credibility to our claim to provide a systematic methodology, manpower with qualified craftsmanship skills, onsite supervision and a "homeowner friendly" construction project experience.
Our computer database is designed to support the service needs of property managers and community associations, both large and small. We track visits to individual units and record details related to the initial request for service and the materials and methods required to resolve the problem. These resident "histories" allow us to be more efficient on a time and materials basis. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of communication that includes confirmation of service requests, homeowner notification and completion notices.
BEI Exterior Maintenance Corporation (BEIXM) is owned by Walt, Ellen and David Burris. Walt is a licensed Minnesota Multi Housing Association roofing instructor.
